yesss i use photoshop. there was a tutorial i used, but the blog owner deleted her blog. 

its not that hard.. i can try and find a tutorial for you in the morning  if you want, anon. gifs can be quite fun, its just the ‘getting them to fit to tumblr’s size limit’ that is annoying.
